Questions
What is a good keyword density?
There is no magic number. Google looks at meaning, not percentages. A main keyword appearing naturally in the title, first paragraph and a couple of headings matters far more. Densities above about 3% for a single word usually read as stuffed.
Why check two- and three-word phrases?
Searches are mostly phrases like "qr code generator". Phrase counts show the topics a text is really about and reveal awkward repetition that single-word counts hide.
What are stop words?
Very common words like the, and, of, in. They are ignored by default so the list shows words that carry meaning.
