What Photopea is
Photopea exists for one recurring situation: someone sends you a PSD and you do not have Photoshop. It opens the file with layers intact, and the interface is close enough that you already know where things are.
It handles PSD, XCF, Sketch and the usual image formats, and everything runs locally in the browser, so the file is not uploaded anywhere.
